eSourcing.app is a product of eSourcing Software Limited. By using our software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern eSourcing Software Limited's relationship with you in relation to this software. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our software.

eSourcing Software Limited acts as a data processor for all data held by our clients within the databases we provide. As a data processor, we handle data strictly in accordance with our clients' instructions and applicable data protection laws.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data processed through eSourcing.app against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content, trademarks, and data on eSourcing.app, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of or licensed to eSourcing Software Limited and are protected by law.
Restrictions
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of eSourcing.app without express written permission from eSourcing Software Limited.

eSourcing.app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall eSourcing Software Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use eSourcing.app; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from eSourcing.app.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to eSourcing.app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
